To use QooApp on your desktop computer, all you need to do is to download and your chosen android emulator (we like Bluestacks 4), install it, launch it, then navigate to the location of where you want to download QooApp. An android emulator causes your desktop computer (or even laptop) to imitate an android device’s hardware and software so that the otherwise incompatible software can be used. People use it a lot for their desktop computers with the assistance of an android emulator. There is no QooApp for PC that we are aware of. If something seems unnecessary (like access to your email, contacts, social media accounts and the like), definitely say “no” to those requests. Keep in mind that QooApp is an app downloader/installer, so it is going to need access to the internet, to your storage, and other important parts of the phone. There has been some chatter about QooApp seeming to request permissions to a lot of stuff. Like with downloads from third party sources, we always recommend that you pay close attention to the permissions requested by any app. What about the permissions? They seem extensive. On this website, we don’t support piracy, or getting paid games for free. Naturally, there is always the concern of getting access to games and apps in violation of the desires of the developers. We have done a ton of research across the internet on this, and do not see any reason why using QooApp would cause any danger to your phone. The reason that there is little to no known safety issues with QooApp is that the games are the ones from Google Play Store, and not from other sources. As always, we think that it is right to be cautious about where you get your games from. If changes made to a web application or website don’t register immediately due to caching, a hard refresh will usually fix this, though occasionally completely clearing the cache may be necessary. Sometimes, the only way to see updates is by doing a hard refresh or by clearing the entire cache of the browser. While enhancing performance is usually a great thing, cached resources can cause problems when you have a major change to a web application’s JavaScript or style sheets, as we have with the redesigned charts in AdviserGo. Modern browsers like Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Firefox and Safari tend to cache front-end resources like JavaScript and style sheets (CSS) to increase web application and website performance. The following article details how to do a hard refresh in the most common browsers - Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Firefox and Safari - on both Windows and Mac.īrowser caching is useful for web browsing in that it allows for page that you’ve visited previously to load much more quickly. Does AdviserGo look out of sorts following a recent update? A hard refresh may be needed. If your video is vertical (taller than wider) you have some extra steps. Is there any difference in the pc's stability when I have the function either enabled or disabled? When disabled, all I notice is the drone of constant rpm fans.Ĭlick to expand.I've never updated the BIOS. I started this thread to find out what's happening besides the difference in fan noise. Since I notice a difference in noise between the three fan speeds, I know that enabling the function makes an audible difference. With the software uninstalled and the function enabled, the pc works as expected. After this, I wanted to see if enabling the function in BIOS Setup made a difference in the fan speeds, and it did. I immediately uninstalled the utility so I wouldn't be tempted to use it again. When I did this, the pc booted as expected. The only way to intercept the loop was to enter BIOS Setup and disable the Q-Fan Control function. It refused to terminate at the desktop, showing me the dreaded white text on a blue background hardware failure screen in a continuous loop. I was changing parameters in the dialog box of the Q-Fan Control program and didn't do anything out of the ordinary. When the desktop build was complete, I was experimenting with a few programs that I found on the ASUS CD. This would be as good a time as ever to relate a story about ASUS's Q-Fan Control software utility that came with the P5Q SE/R MB. So I'll be proceeding with the Silent fan speed, if I keep the function enabled. But the difficulty of vacuuming microdust from every nook and granny every month or so bothers me more. Click to expand. You're correct, the slight difference in noise between Silent and Turbo doesn't bother me. |
